Employee Benefits

Employees who are regularly scheduled to work 20 hours or more each week and are benefit eligible, begin participation in our benefit plans the first of the month following date of hire.

Our health and well-being programs are designed for the benefit of our employees and their families. We believe in preventative care and taking personal responsibility for your own health, and offer a few health insurance options so that employees can make selections that meet their specific needs. HaloSource also offers pay protection plans that provide continuity of income when an employee has an unexpected illness or injury. In addition, we provide catastrophic insurance coverages to minimize the financial impact of significant, unplanned events.
