2010: (October) HaloSource became a publicly listed company on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange

2010: $10 million of funding is received from new investors, including Prime Partners Asia Merchant Capital of Singapore.

2009: HaloPure® is granted registration with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

2008: HaloSource establishes a HaloPure manufacturing facility in China.  HaloSource receives $11.5 million of funding from investors Origo Sino-India and Origo Resource Partners Ltd, in conjunction with Unilever Technology Ventures, in order to further to commercialize HaloPure technology.

2007: $21 million of funding is received from Unilever Technology Ventures, Masdar Clean Technology Fund, Credit Suisse, Siemens and Consensus Business Group, largely to fund the development of HaloPure

2006: Vanson HaloSource Inc is rebranded as HaloSource Inc. HaloPure launched in India in a strategic partnership with Forbes Aquatech

2005: $5 million of funding is received from Mars, Inc (which at that time had an investment arm focused on small promising technology companies) Second manufacturing facility (outsourced to Suncoast) is opened in Florida

2002: Vanson HaloSource is founded through the merger of HaloSource Corporation and Vanson Inc., with $9 million of equity injected (led by Alexander Hutton Venture Partners, Montlake Capital and Britannia Holdings Ltd). The merger sought to expand opportunities by combining intellectual property platforms, manufacturing facilities and distribution channels.

2001: HaloSource Corporation began licensing its antimicrobial technologies to domestic and international corporations for integration into their products.

1997: HaloSource Corporation and Vanson Inc. (incorporated from the former Vanson LLP) were founded in 1997. HaloSource Corporation acquired worldwide licenses to patented core N-halamine technology from Auburn University and the University of California.
